Yesterday I went for a walk along Richmond riverside. It was sooo hot!!! I walked for about 5 minutes and then started panting, its the first time i have ever panted before. So i got really tired and lovely Amy was completely prepared. She had the cushion from my bed in my bag along with 3 of my favourite toys. I was quite happy sitting under the table in the pub looking at the other doggies relaxing with their owners. In the end mummy carried me back to the car, it was just too too hot. Enjoy the sunshine!!! I know i will :)
Hi Poppy I love going to our local pub. There is a very nice lady there who brings us out water and cheesy biscuits - I can tell from Mums face that she isn't too happy about these so I eat then quickly so she can't get them! I love this hot weather - sometimes me and my big brother Arnie go down to the stream for a swim and a drink when we have our walks - then I come home and lie in the garden until I cook and mummy makes me come in

ReplyDeletePubs are great aren't they. At the one i went to everyone gave me attention, its as though im small and cute or something. I know im a big dog, thats what mummy tells me she says "you are enormous poppy". Mummy says i shouldnt spend too much time in the sun because im almost all white, she is worried i might get sunburn. Nice to hear from you George. Keep in touch
